If you don't own this and you have young children you need to go buy him! We LOVE our Elf, Buddy. Each night he visits Santa and fills him in with how the children have been. Then Buddy hides in a new spot when he comes back home from visiting Santa. The kids wake up each morning to try and find where he has hid that day. They are not allowed to touch the Elf because the magic will go away and he will never come back. Here are some of the places where we hid Buddy.

It's a miracle! Welcome back to your blog! :)
We also have a little elf that we put around different places in our house. He's been on our chandelier in the dining room most of this week.
I know I've been bad.
I will try really hard this year.
Be glad that Grant doesn't know any better right now. :) He will next year though.
